Medical assistance

Although free clinics may help diagnose medical conditions, the poor in Aurora must pay for their medications.  Without antibiotics to fight infections they worsen.  You can make a huge difference by helping us provide medications to those who can’t afford them.. 

No medication—no healing

· Vitamins and  pre-natal care can prevent life-long illness and possible birth defects.

· Antibiotics are needed to fight infection.

· We provide transportation and lodging expenses for diagnosis or treatment outside of the Aurora Province.

· We provide donated wheelchairs, walkers and crutches

We purchase medicine, blood, bandages, and antiseptics for people who can’t afford them.  We provide donated wheelchairs, walkers and crutches to those who require them.  And we provide financial assistance to poor families who must travel to medical facilities outside of the province in order to receive proper diagnosis and treatment.  Global Warmth can’t meet all of the chronic health problems, such as high blood pressure or diabetes.  Instead we focus on acute, short-term problems where our assistance can make a significant impact.  We need your help to provide medical assistance for those who can’t afford required treatment.

Simple vitamins for women of child bearing age or pre-natal vitamins can help prevent birth defects such as cleft palette.
